Union busters and politicians in Grand Rapids, Michigan have sought to break the ATU Local 836 transit workers union reported ATU 836 president RiChard Jackson. They have sought to ban the members from handing out flyers on work time and have ordered the police to visit students and workers who are supporting this fight
