Do West Coast employers think they have the mighty ILWU on the defensive?
Judging from events over the past several days and especially Monday, it’s hard to avoid that impression.

Container ships are backing up on the San Francisco Bay. This was the backup on December 27, 2014 from Bernal Heights.
The ILWU has been working without a contract since July and large 14,000 container ships are unloading in LA and Long Beach
without enough chassis.
