CA Assembly Labor & Employment Committee Hearing On BART, Workplace Safety and Ca-OSHA

On November 7, 2013 the California Assembly Labor and
Employment committee held a hearing in San Francisco to
hear testimony about the deaths of two replacement
workers at BART, the systemic violation of OSHA rules
and the enforcement of these rules by Ca-Osha.
